| HM - 2/3/07 |

A
friend (DenisC) sent me a 'heads up' on the Italian HM web site. HM is the partnership of Honda
and Montesa, and their web site often shows some very exotic bikes.
When I looked, my jaw hit the floor when I saw the CRE F290X,
a fuel-injected 281 cc version of the CRF250X. There are also
450 and 490 fuel-injected CRE models as well!
Here's the fuel injector body -->

I used the AltaVista Babel Fish Translation web site to translate the HM site into English and show some of the 250/290 specs below.
For more on fuel injection for dirt bikes, see my Montesa
Cota 4RT page.
I also visited the Euroboost web site (which is a French dealer mentioned on the HM site) and found pictures of some unusual, but exciting, CRF models. I've included a few pictures here, but you should visit the site to see the 250R, 450X, and 450R models, including some neat super-moto bikes also. Click the pictures to super-size.
