Here's a picture of the cabins in Taylor Park. Each cabin is
rustic, but fully contained with indoor plumbing, fridge, and
kitchen. You literally ride from your front porch each morning.

Here's the budget accommodations in Taylor Park. This is an old
mining cabin above the Taylor River drainage at about 11,000'.

The Reno Divide trail. I think you'll be challenged to find any
soil in this picture. One big scree pile. Of course, the best
line is always next to the edge :-)

This is the top of (you guessed it) American Flag Mountain. Right
behind us is a nearly vertical 1000' drop to the Star Trail.
Shortcut anyone?

I forget the name of this sidehill trail in Taylor Park. Not
one that I would want to ride when wet. Sections of this trail
were absolutely the most severe side hill I've ever ridden.

Here's one of the easier sections of the Timberline Trail. At
least there are lots of trees so you can't go too far off the
trail. Let's hope those Aspens don't hold a grudge because of
Merf.

Here is one of the really sweet sections of the Star trail running
through a meadow. The trail-proper is between the sets of logs.
Steve had a little "boo-boo" that put him on the wrong
side of the logs. His bike landed perfectly upside down and kept
running - for a little while anyway. I thought the battery was
going to expire on his DR before he got it restarted.
